THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 27th day of June, 2005 by and between Home Products International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Don Hotz (the “Executive”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Part Five hereof.
