THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 28th day of May, 2008, by and between MOBILE MINI, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and RUSSELL C. LEMLEY (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
