This Term Loan Agreement, dated as of July 15, 2025, is among Curbline Properties LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Borrower”), Curbline Properties Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland (“Parent”), PNC Bank, National Association, a national banking association, and the several banks, financial institutions and other entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (collectively, the “Lenders”), and PNC Bank, National Association, not individually, but as “Administrative Agent”.
