THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered as of the 22nd day of January, 2015, by and among Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (“Bancorp”), Peoples Bank, a North Carolina chartered commercial bank (the “Bank”) (Bancorp and the Bank are collectively referred to as the “Employer”), and A.
