THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 10, 2009, by and between ZUMIEZ INC., a Washington corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO HSBC TRADE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
