This DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT originally dated as of September 21, 1998, and subsequently amended and restated, between PROTECTIVE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY ("Insurer"), a life insurance company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska, on its behalf and on behalf of each separate account identified in Schedule 1 hereto, and INVESTMENT DISTRIBUTORS, INC. ("Distributor"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee, is entered into this 1st day of April 2025.
