THIS AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of this 30th day of June, 2005, by and between REDBACK NETWORKS INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and SILICON VALLEY BANK (“Bank”).
