THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF CHICAGO (“the Bank”) and KENNETH L. GOULD (“the Executive”).
