BRIDGE LOAN AGREEMENT dated as of December 20, 2007 (this “Agreement”) and amended and restated as of April 30, 2008 and further amended and restated as of October 17, 2008, among LYONDELLBASELL FINANCE COMPANY (“Borrower”), LYONDELLBASELL INDUSTRIES AF S.C.A. (f/k/a BASELL AF S.C.A.)
