THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of October 3, 2016 by and between ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV SA/NV, a public company organized under the laws of Belgium (“ABI”), and MOLSON COORS BREWING COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”).
