THIS FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF NAVIOS MARITIME MIDSTREAM PARTNERS L.P., dated as of March 5, 2018, is entered into by and between NAVIOS MARITIME MIDSTREAM PARTNERS GP LLC, a Marshall Islands limited liability company, as the General Partner, and NAVIOS MARITIME ACQUISITION CORPORATION, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands (or any permitted successors and assigns hereunder), as the Organizational Limited Partner, together with any other Persons who become Partners in the Partnership or parties hereto as provided herein.
