This Agreement and General Release of Claims (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Gregory Mount (“Employee”), Employee’s heirs, dependents, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively referred to throughout this Agreement as “Employee”), and Red Lion Hotels Corporation, dba RLH Corporation (the “Company”).
