This Agreement, which was first entered into and made effective as of August 2, 2013, by and between the World Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series portfolio of the Trust set forth on Schedule A (the “Fund”), and Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co., LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Advisor”).

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into and made effective as of the dates set forth in Schedule A by and between World Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), with respect to its series portfolio as set forth on Schedule A, (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co., LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Advisor”).
