Co., Ltd., corporation organized under the laws of Hong Kong, China (“Anytone International”), Shenzhen Anytone Technology Co., Ltd. a Shenzhen corporation in China (“Anytone”), and the shareholders of Anytone International listed on Schedule 1 to this Agreement (each, a “Shareholder” and, collectively, the “Shareholders”).
