This AGREEMENT is made as of the 1st day of January, 2013, by and between OPPENHEIMER ROCHESTER ARIZONA MUNICIPAL FUND (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) and OFI GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC. (“OFI GLOBAL”).
