This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) executed on December 17 , 2007 but effective as of the Effective Date, is entered into by and between CONSOLIDATED GRAPHICS, INC., a Texas corporation having its principal place of business in Houston, Harris County, Texas (“CGX”), and JON C. BIRO (the “Executive”); other capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined and shall have the meanings set forth in Section 17 or elsewhere herein.
