Satellogic Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”), confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Northland Securities, Inc. (each, an “Agent” and collectively, the “Agents”), as set forth herein. This Agreement amends and restates the terms of the Controlled Equity OfferingSM Sales Agreement, dated as of December 20, 2024, by and between the Company and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. (the “Prior Agreement”).
