This PATENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on September 26, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., a Maryland corporation, of 275 West Street, Annapolis, Maryland, 21401 USA (the “Seller”) and CRFD Research, Inc., a Delaware corporation, of 2331 Mill Road, Suite 100 Alexandria VA 22314(the “Purchaser”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
