This Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated March 1, 2025, is between AOG Institutional Fund (the “Fund”), and Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Ohio. This Agreement replaces and supersedes the existing Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement dated August 18, 2023 between the Fund and Ultimus.
