WORKSPACE AND SOIL DEPOSITION (this "Agreement") is made and entered into this day of 2024, by and between Lower Paxton Township, a township of the second class, with a mailing address of 425 Prince Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109 (“Grantor”), and First Pennsylvania Resources, L.L.C., a Pennsylvania limited liability company, with a business address at c/o Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC, 6575 West Loop South, Suite 300, Bellaire, Texas 77401 ("Grantee" and together with Grantor, the “Parties” and each individually, a “Party”).
