LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this _ day of , 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and among THE COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, a body politic (the “County Board”), acting through its County Attorney and County Manager (the “County Staff”), AHC LIMITED PARTNERSHIP - 23, a Virginia limited partnership (the “Borrower”), and AHC INC., a Virginia non-stock corporation, as guarantor (“AHC”). Individually, the County Board, AHC, and the Borrower may each be referred to hereinafter as the “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
