In consideration of the mutual agreements contained in the Agreement, HCCoC agrees to reserve for Exhibitor's use, at the HCCoC Home and Business Show to be conducted at the Norwalk Middle School on Saturday, March 30, 2019, the space indicated. The Exhibitor understands that acceptance of this Agreement requires that the Exhibitor be a Huron County Chamber member and maintains in good standing any existing accounts with HCCoC. This Agreement is not binding unless it is in writing and signed by a representative of the HCCoC.

Exhibitor agrees to limit his display and equipment to the Exhibitor Booth and not use “roving” personnel or equipment and materials, except as utilized within a hospitality room. Hospitality rooms shall not conflict, time wise, with other Realtor® scheduled functions. District Four, Inc. of the Florida Realtors® reserves the right to decline any prospective Exhibitor’s application for space.

StormWater Studios Gallery Exhibitor’s Agreement The following items are to be abided by for the lease of the exhibition gallery at StormWater Studios an affiliate of the non-profit StormWater. Rental Rate: $300/week Refundable Deposit: $200Exhibitor’s Agreement • June 2nd, 2023
As mentioned in Section 2 above, a separate refundable deposit of $200 is due at the time you reserve the gallery. It will be held to secure your reservation and to ensure that the display areas are properly maintained and cleaned during the period of the exhibition. The deposit will be returned after the Exhibition Space has been inspected and approved by the Stormwater Studios Exhibition Board. All or part of the deposit will be forfeited if the artist cancels a show less than one month before the scheduled date or fails to follow the guidelines for setting up the show and maintaining the property as specified in Sections 4 and 5 below and in the Rental Application/Liability Agreement. In the rare case where unusual damage is done to the premises, an additional repair fee may be levied. 4. Exhibit Setup and Removal The exhibition space will be available for set-up beginning on Tuesday morning of the week(s) rented and must be removed by Sunday night at the show’s end.
