RiverStreet Communications of Virginia, Inc. d/b/a RiverStreet Networks was selected by the federal government as the winner of certain federally-awarded RDOF blocks within Dinwiddie County, which provides some federal funding for RiverStreet to bring fiber to the home to those areas. River Street is also working with the County on a potential reassignment of a state level VATI grant award, which could provide additional funding. RiverStreet has requested a Lease and Easement Agreement so that RiverStreet can use a 50 foot by 50 foot piece of land at the former Northside Elementary School site for a fiber hut. The Lease and Easement Agreement would also grant access and utility easements to RiverStreet in connection with the fiber hut.
