These SAS Evaluation Terms will be incorporated into an Order Form, app store or other ordering mechanism (an “Order”) between Customer and SAS to allow Customer to evaluate the SAS offering identified on the Order (the “Offering”) at no charge. “SAS” means the SAS entity identified on the Order Form. “Agreement” means these Evaluation Terms together with the Order.
