in return for the payment of the contributions as they become due, agree to provide workers' compensation coverage and employer liability coverage, subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Memorandum and the Sixth Amended Joint Powers Agreement executed by us and the Agency (and amendments thereto or amended versions thereof), from the date of this Memorandum of Coverage until such coverage’s are terminated as provided in said documents.
