Common use of THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. 1. The subject of this contract is the Mandatary shall perform the following activities (further only "the Order") for the Mandator: Performing of activities given for the Mandatary that follow from his position as a Member of the Programme SASPRO Evaluation committee. These activities include: a) elaboration of the Initial report for the applications assigned to the Mandatary as to the Rapporteur/ and for these applications is the Mandatary acting as the Rapporteur/; b) elaboration of the Final (summary) report for the applications assigned to the Mandatary as to the Rapporteur; c) proposing the evaluators for the applications assigned to the Mandatary as to the Rapporteur; d) communication with the evaluators of the applications assigned to the Mandatary as to the Rapporteur in order to obtain their consensus in the evaluation; e) participation on duly summoned sessions of the Evaluation Committee; f) other activities that follow for the Mandatary from the approved Programme SASPRO documents (Statute of the Programme SASPRO, Statute of the Evaluation Committee of the Programme SASPRO, Rules of procedure of the Evaluation Committee of the Programme SASPRO). 2. The Mandatary is obliged to perform activities stated in the paragraph 1 of this article within the deadlines notified in advance by the Mandator. Following SAS employee is authorized by the Mandator to check the fulfilling of the subject of the Contract: ▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, PhD., chairman of the programme SASPRO Evaluation Committee for Life, Chemical, Medical and Environmental Sciences and the vice-president of the Slovak Academy of Sciences for Life, Chemical, Medical, and Environmental Sciences.
