  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Aarvik shall, in accordance with the applicable SOWs and the timeline approved by JRC, apply the Aarvik IP to (i) design and synthesize Collaboration Compounds, and (ii) by itself or through subcontractor(s), [***].

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
