Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage definition

Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage means the percentage determined as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, which is a function of the Company TSR Percentage during the Performance Period.

Examples of Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage in a sentence

  • The number of Operational Performance Units that vest on the Vesting Date and become “Vested Operational Performance Units” based on the achievement of Operational Performance Goals attained by the Company during the Performance Period shall be determined by multiplying the number of Aggregate Operational Performance Units by the applicable Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage.

  • The RSUs shall become Performance Vested RSUs based on the achievement during the Performance Period of the Company TSR Percentage, by multiplying the applicable Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage (as determined in accordance with Exhibit A) by the total number of RSUs granted hereunder.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.
