If an Acquisition Transaction Announcement occurs after the Trade Date, but prior to the First Acceleration Date of any Transaction, the First Acceleration Date shall be the date of such Acquisition Transaction Announcement.
If a Transaction Announcement occurs after the Trade Date but prior to the Scheduled Earliest Acceleration Date, the Scheduled Earliest Acceleration Date shall be adjusted to be the date of such Transaction Announcement.
The Borrower agrees to provide for each BA Equivalent Note by payment of the face amount thereof to the Agent on behalf of the Non-BA Lender on the maturity of the BA Equivalent Note or, prior to such maturity, on the Acceleration Date; and the Agent shall remit the said amount to such Non-BA Lender and such Non-BA Lender shall in turn remit such amount to the holder of the BA Equivalent Note.
