Accepted Servicing Practices definition

Accepted Servicing Practices. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those mortgage servicing practices of prudent mortgage lending institutions which service mortgage loans of the same type as such Mortgage Loan in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located.
Accepted Servicing Practices. The Servicer's normal servicing practices, which will conform to the mortgage servicing practices of prudent mortgage lending institutions that service for their own account mortgage loans of the same type as the Mortgage Loans in the jurisdictions in which the related Mortgaged Properties are located.
Accepted Servicing Practices. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those mortgage servicing practices set forth in Section 3.01(a) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Accepted Servicing Practices

Accepted Servicing Practices. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those accepted and prudent mortgage servicing practices (including collection procedures) which are in accordance with the servicing practices and procedures as set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreements, and in a manner at least equal in quality to the servicing that Seller provides to mortgage loans which it owns in its own portfolio.
