Examples of Access Credentials in a sentence
Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.
Customer and its End Users with Access Credentials have full administrative control over such data, including the right to view or modify it and are solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of Customer Data.
Customer will not: (i) transmit or share Access Credentials to or with persons other than Authorized Users under the terms hereof, (ii) permit such Access Credentials to be cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who are not Authorized Users under the terms hereof, or (iii) permit access to the Services through a single identification or password code being made available to multiple users on any network.
Customer shall notify Provider immediately of any unauthorized uses of any Access Credentials.
Each set of Access Credentials may only be used by the single named Authorized User specified by TechSmart, and School District will ensure its Teachers, Students and staff comply with the foregoing.
