Access to Site The Contractor and any sub-contractor to whom part of the Contract Works are sub-let under clause 7.2 or otherwise shall not allow or bring on to Site or otherwise procure or assist any third party bringing onto the Site any person who is not an employee of the Contractor or (where applicable) of any sub-contractor to whom any portion of the Contract Works has been sub-let in accordance with clause 7.2 or otherwise.
