Access to Site definition

Access to Site means that specified by the Client in Item 8;
Access to Site. For quality control/monitoring and verification (M&V) purposes, Demonstration Host Site must provide NYSERDA or its representatives with reasonable access to the site for the purposes of pre- and post-installation data collection, M&V, and installation inspection. Demonstration Host Site will make building energy usage data available to NYSERDA and/or its representatives.
Access to Site. Unless otherwise stated, the Firm will have access to the site for activities necessary for the performance of the services. The Firm will take precautions to minimize damage due to these activities, but has not included in the fee the cost of restoration of any resulting damage.
