AccessOne Program Receivables definition

AccessOne Program Receivables means any Receivable that is subject to, and has not been repurchased pursuant to the terms of, (i) that certain Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated October 19, 2004, between QHG of South Carolina, Inc. and HRA Financial Services, Inc., (ii) that certain Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated October 15, 2004, between ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Health System LLC and HRA Financial Services, Inc., as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, (iii) that certain Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated October 12, 2004, between QHG of Enterprise, Inc. and AccessOne Medcard, Inc., as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, (iv) that certain Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated October 12, 2004, between Carlsbad Medical Center, LLC and HRA Financial Services, Inc., as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, (v) that certain Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated October 13, 2004, between Lea Regional Hospital, LLC and HRA Financial Services, Inc., as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time, or (vi) that certain Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated October 15, 2004, between Las Cruces Medical Center, LLC and HRA Financial Services, Inc., as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.
