Account Content definition

Account Content means Content that Customer or any End User (a) runs on the AWS Services, (b) causes to interface with the AWS Services, or (c) uploads to the AWS Services or otherwise transfer, process, use or store in connection with the AWS Services.
Account Content means Content inputted, imported, uploaded, linked, shared, posted, published, stored, or otherwise generated by you in relation to your use of the Services.
Account Content means Content inputted, hosted, submitted, posted, published, or otherwise generated by you under your Service Account (such as your Service Account profile and picture, messages, a Curator's Outline, a Jolter's Lecture Plan, etc.).

Examples of Account Content in a sentence

  • When sharing any Account Content, you agree not to share any confidential information.

  • Customer will promptly notify Box in writing of any unauthorized use of any Account, Content or the Box Service that comes to Customer’s attention.

  • You are solely responsible and liable for the maintenance and backup of all your Account Content.

  • As between you and Jolt, you are the sole and exclusive owner of your Account Content.

  • Without derogating from the generality of the above, you agree that you will not submit any Account Content which contains information which it is unlawful for you to possess in the country in which you are a resident.

  • If you install or enable a Third-Party Service for use with the Services, you agree that you remain responsible for ensuring that your Account and Account Content comply with the Agreement.
