Account Settings definition

Account Settings means the controls that the Services provide, including tools made available to the Customer and/or End-Users for the update, correction, and deletion of Customer Data, as described in the Service Agreement.
Account Settings means the section of the Platform in which Users can control the their Profile and other settings in relation to their account on the Platform;
Account Settings means the online section within the Botsquad Platform Service where all Account specific settings and information can be found and maintained, such as users, Invoices, Orders and Configuration;

Account Settings means the configurations and settings associated with the User account(s) used to access the Platform, including User’s selections of any Game Creator Premium Features and any associated fees.

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the date that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days specified in the relevant Final Terms preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Accrual Period (or in the final Interest Accrual Period, the Maturity Date).

  • CMS Reference Banks means (i) where the Reference Currency is Euro, the principal office of five leading swap dealers in the inter-bank market, (ii) where the Reference Currency is Sterling, the principal London office of five leading swap dealers in the London inter-bank market, (iii) where the Reference Currency is United States dollars, the principal New York City office of five leading swap dealers in the New York City inter-bank market, or (iv) in the case of any other Reference Currency, the principal Relevant Financial Centre office of five leading swap dealers in the Relevant Financial Centre inter-bank market, in each case selected by the Calculation Agent.

  • Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

  • Rebasing means the redetermination of the blended base amount or other applicable components of the final payment rate from more recent Medicaid cost report data.

  • Designated CMT Maturity Index means the original period to maturity of the U.S. Treasury securities, which is either 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 20 or 30 years, as specified in the applicable pricing supplement for which the CMT Rate shall be calculated. If no maturity is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Maturity Index shall be two years.
