You agree to pay (1) the f ees and charges listed below, and (2) the Transaction Fees shown in the Account Summary Table, subject to any limitation of applicable law.
Annual Fee: Your Account may be charged the amount (if any) shown in the Account Summary Table on the card carrier.
The Daily Periodic Rates (“DPRs”) and Annual Percentage Rates (“APRs”) for your Account are shown on the Account Summary Table on the card carrier.
If you are charged interest in a billing cycle, we will charge a Minimum Interest Charge (or “Minimum Charge”) on your Account if the total interest charge in that billing cycle is less than the amount of the Minimum Interest Charge that is disclosed in the Account Summary Table.

If your Account has an Annual Fee (see the Account Summary Table to determine if this Account has an Annual Fee) and provided that you have not otherwise used the Account to make a Purchase, Balance Transfer or Cash Advance or paid the Annual Fee, you may close the Account within thirty days after Account opening by contacting us at the number on the back of your Card, and if you do, you will not be responsible for paying the Annual Fee.
Foreign Transactions For any transaction that is (1) made in a foreign currency or (2) processed outside of the United States, you may be charged the Foreign Transaction Fee shown in the Account Summary Table, even if made in U.S. dollars (a “Foreign Transaction”).
