SBC-13STATE will provide Cageless Collocation in any collocation space that is supported by the existing telecommunications infrastructure (Active Collocation Space), or in the event that all such space is exhausted or completely occupied, will provide in any collocation space that requires additional telecommunications infrastructure (Inactive Space), as further defined in Section 2 of this Appendix.
