Active Collocation Space definition

Active Collocation Space means the space within a Sprint premises that has sufficient telecommunications infrastructure systems to house telecommunications equipment, which can be designated for physical collocation. Infrastructure systems include but are not limited to, floors capable of supporting equipment loads, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems (AC poser), high efficiency filtration, humidity controls, remote alarms, compartmentation and smoke purge. Space within controlled environmental vaults (CEVs), huts and cabinets and similar eligible structures that can be designated for physical collocation shall be considered Active Collocation Space.

Examples of Active Collocation Space in a sentence

  • If the available space is not suitable for Central Office equipment (Inactive Space) and must be converted to Active Collocation Space, thirty (30) calendar days will be added to the provisioning interval to allow for the conversion process to be completed.

  • Space within CEVs, huts and cabinets and similar Eligible Structures that can be designated for Physical Collocation is considered to be Active Collocation Space.

  • The designation of Other (Inactive) Collocation Space is applicable to space within central offices only; other Eligible Structures such as CEVs, Huts, and Vaults are considered Active Collocation Space.

  • These construction intervals for Cageless Collocation in Active Collocation Space in a CEV, Hut, or Cabinet Eligible Structure apply where the Collocator is requesting maximum DC power of fifty (50) amps (2-50 amp feeds).

  • For Cageless Collocation in Active Collocation Space in a CEV, Hut, or Cabinet Eligible Structure where a Collocator is requesting DC power greater than fifty (50) amps per feed, AT&T-13STATE will add thirty (30) calendar days to the provisioning interval.

  • Where space suitable for Central Office equipment (Active Collocation Space) is available, AT&T-13STATE will deliver Caged Physical or Shared Caged Physical Collocation within ninety (90) calendar days from the completion of the application process.

  • The designation of Other (Inactive) Collocation Space is applicable to space within Central Offices only; other Eligible Structures such as CEVs, Huts, and Vaults are considered Active Collocation Space for purposes of this Appendix.

  • SBC-13STATE will complete construction of all Active Collocation Space requests for virtual collocation in accordance to the following: Number of Complete and Accurate Applications by One Collocator per state or metering region 1 – 5 90 Days 6-10 95 Days 11-15 100 Days 16-20 105 Days Should the Collocator submit twenty-one (21) or more applications within five (5) days, the construction interval will be increased by five (5) days for every five (5) additional applications or fraction thereof.

  • SBC-13STATE will provide Cageless Collocation in any collocation space that is supported by the existing telecommunications infrastructure (Active Collocation Space), or in the event that all such space is exhausted or completely occupied, will provide in any collocation space that requires additional telecommunications infrastructure (Inactive Space), as further defined in Section 2 of this Appendix.

  • Space within controlled environmental vaults (CEVs), huts and cabinets and similar Eligible Structures that can be designated for physical collocation shall be considered Active Collocation Space.

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).
