Active End User definition

Active End User means an account holder or other client of the Customer (an “End User”) whose identity has been processed or profiled or scored or authenticated or otherwise verified by the Product at least once in the course of the six (6) months immediately preceding the then current date.

  • Such license shall be subject always to the Active End User Ceiling as further detailed in this Schedule B.

  • All License keys issued to You remain the property of Devolutions and may be cancelled or suspended at any time without any notice or liability in case of any default by You or an Active End User to comply with this Agreement.

Active End User means a person, organization or other legal entity that: (i) purchased or licensed the Licensed Software from Authorized Partner, (ii) for its own internal purposes and not for distribution to, or use on behalf of, others, and (iii) has paid the applicable software maintenance fees for the time period in which services are requested.
