Active Endpoints definition

Active Endpoints means the number of Endpoints accessed by the BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access Software, as described in the applicable Order. “Endpoint” means any network device or computer system, virtual or physical, such as a router, server, storage array, database, or desktop.

Examples of Active Endpoints in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed by SentinelOne in writing, where the MSSP has installed the on-premise version of the management Server Components of the solution outside of the Sentinel One owned and/or operated systems, then the MSSP will be responsible to provide SentinelOne a report on approximately the 25th of the relevant calendar month identifying the number of Active Endpoints for the 19th of each month in the period.

  • MSSP understands that if Endpoints Components are not uninstalled and removed from the Customer Endpoints by the MSSP after the Evaluation Period expires, then, MSSP may be charged for the applicable monthly fees associated with the Active Endpoint(s) as detailed herein.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by SentinelOne in writing, where the management Server Components of the solution are hosted within SentinelOne owned and/or operated systems, SentinelOne will provide MSSP a quarterly report on approximately the 25th of the relevant calendar month identifying the number of Active Endpoints for the 19th of each month in the period.

Related to Active Endpoints

  • Active efforts means affirmative, active, thorough, and timely efforts intended primarily to maintain or reunite an Indian child with the Indian child's family. If an agency is involved in the child custody proceeding, active efforts must involve assisting the parent or a parent or Indian custodian with the steps of a case plan and including accessing or developing the resources necessary to satisfy the case plan. To the maximum extent possible, active efforts should be provided in a manner consistent with the prevailing social and cultural conditions and way of life of the Indian child's tribe and should be conducted in partnership with the Indian child and the Indian child's parents, extended family members, Indian custodians, and tribe. Active efforts are to be tailored to the facts and circumstances of the case. The term includes:

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Designated country end product means a WTO GPA country end product, a Free Trade Agreement country end product, a least developed country end product, or a Caribbean Basin country end product.

  • Objective evidence means standardized patient assessment instruments, outcome measurements tools, or measurable assessments of functional outcome. Use of objective measures at the beginning of treatment, during, and after treatment is recommended to quantify progress and support justifications for continued treatment. The tools are not required but their use will enhance the justification for continued treatment.

  • Fugitive emissions means those emissions which could not reasonably pass through a stack, chimney, vent, or other functionally equivalent opening.
