• Dispatch will either be by Seller's manual control under the direction of the Company System Operator or by remote computerized control by the EMS provided in Section 1(g) (Active Power Control Interface) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller), in each case at Company's reasonable discretion.

• The Active Power Control Interface will be used to control the maximum level of the net real power export from the Facility when required under this Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller).

• Dispatch will either be by Seller’s manual control under the direction of the Company System Operator or by remote computerized control by the EMS provided in Section 1(g) (Active Power Control Interface) of Attachment B (Seller's Facility), in each case at Company’s reasonable discretion.

• If the Active Power Control Interface is unavailable or disabled, the Facility shall not import or export net real power from or to Company, and the Facility shall be deemed to be in Seller-Attributable Non-Generation status, unless the Company, in its sole discretion, agrees to supply or accept net real power and Seller and Company agree on an alternate means of dispatch.
