Actively Practicing definition

Actively Practicing means the active practice of medicine as described in ORS chapter 689 or the active practice of pharmacy as described in ORS chapter 677.
Actively Practicing means practicing a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Actively Practicing means the physician has ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or alternative payment for insured medical services up to the time of CME payment.

  • Group practice means a group of two or more health care providers legally organized as a partnership, professional corporation, or similar association:
