Addendum EU SCCS. The version(s) of the Approved EU SCCs which this Addendum is appended to, as set out in Table 2, including the Appendix Information.
Addendum EU SCCS. The Approved EU SCCs, including the Appendix Information and with only the following modules, clauses or optional provisions of the Approved EU SCCs brought into effect for the purposes of this Addendum: Module One: − Clause 7 (Docking clause): the docking clause shall apply − Clause 11 (Redress): the optional wording in Clause 11(a) shall not apply Module Three: − Clause 7 (Docking clause): the docking clause shall apply; − Clause 11 (Redress): the optional wording in Clause 11(a) shall not apply; − Clause 9(b) (Sub-processors): Option 2: General written authorisation is selected. Data importer shall inform the data exporter of any intended changes to its list of sub-processors at least thirty (30) days in advance.

  • Addendum means a written clarification or revision to this Solicitation issued by the System Agency.

  • Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
