If the Authority withdraws an Existing or Additional Allocation of Expansion Power in whole or in part from an Expansion Power Customer, the Expansion Power Customer’s Expansion Power Allocation and Service Agreement with the Company shall thereupon terminate to the extent of such withdrawal.
