Additional Asset Security Provider definition

Additional Asset Security Provider is defined in Section 6.12(c)(ii).
Additional Asset Security Provider is defined in Section 4.1(l)(3)(B).
Additional Asset Security Provider and “Additional Asset Security Jurisdictions” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(b)(ii).

Related to Additional Asset Security Provider

  • Additional Assets means (1) any property or assets used in a Related Business; (2) the Capital Stock of a Person that becomes a Restricted Subsidiary as a result of the acquisition of such Capital Stock by the Company or another Restricted Subsidiary; or (3) Capital Stock constituting a minority interest in any Person that at such time is a Restricted Subsidiary; provided, however, that any such Restricted Subsidiary described in clause (2) or (3) above is primarily engaged in a Related Business.

  • Regional asset limit means the maximum housing value in each housing region affordable to a four-person household with an income at 80 percent of the regional median as defined by duly adopted Regional Income Limits published annually by COAH or a successor entity.

  • Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.

  • Collateral Senior Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(d).

  • Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.
