Full-time teaching loads can be front- or back-loaded between Fall and Spring Semester up to a maximum of four workload hours, or as otherwise agreed by the parties, without triggering overload rates in accordance with Section C.4. Additional Assignments.
Employees elected by the governing board to work additional 20 days on projects related to their primary job responsibilities shall be paid at District 21 hourly rates as described in the Additional Assignments Schedule.
This section is intended to address all Additional Assignments that may be assigned to any person covered by the terms of this Contract.
