Additional Borrower definition

Additional Borrower means a company which becomes an Additional Borrower in accordance with Clause 25 (Changes to the Obligors).
Additional Borrower means any Additional Credit Party that incurs or issues Additional Indebtedness under any Additional Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns.
Additional Borrower means a member of the Group which becomes a Borrower after the date of this Agreement.

  • Upon satisfaction of the conditions specified in Section 5.3, such Subsidiary shall for all purposes be a party hereto as an Additional Borrower as fully as if it had executed and delivered this Agreement, and the Borrowers shall be jointly and severally liable for the Obligations (limited to, with respect to any Borrower that is a Foreign Subsidiary, the Obligations of Foreign Loan Parties).

More Definitions of Additional Borrower

Additional Borrower has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Additional Borrower means each Person which becomes a Borrower under this Credit Agreement pursuant to Section 6.3.
