Additional Card Member definition

Additional Card Member means a person issued with an additional Card to access your Account, and may previously have been referred to as a Supplementary Card Member. • Card means any card, token, application or other thing we make available for the purpose of accessing your Account.

  • The paragraph ‘Stopping Recurring Charges’ above also applies if you or an Additional Card Member uses our enrolment services.

  • We generally do not provide copies of agreements, Statements, notices and other communications to an Additional Card Member.

  • References to you and your also include actions taken by an Additional Card Member, but Additional Card Members do not have any direct contractual obligations to us under this Agreement.

  • You or an Additional Card Member may authorise a Merchant to bill your Account at regular intervals for goods or services (called Recurring Charges).

  • Please see the ‘Liability’ section of this Agreement regarding the liability of an Additional Card Member for Charges made by that Additional Card Member.

  • We may on reasonable grounds immediately stop you or any Additional Card Member from using the Card or we may refuse to authorise a Charge.

  • You acknowledge that we may provide information to an Additional Card Member about their use of the Account (for example their Charges).

  • Although you and any Additional Card Member use Card(s) on your Account, all Card(s) remain our property at all times.

  • Note that for Charges made by an Additional Card Member prior to 1 June 2011, the Additional Card Member is jointly and severally liable with you for all Charges made with the Additional Card bearing their name.

  • From 1 June 2011 you will be solely liable for Charges made by an Additional Card Member on your Account and any Additional Card Member is not liable to us for any Charges they make to your Account using their Additional Card.

Related to Additional Card Member

  • Additional Cardholder means the person you have authorised to use a prepaid card connected to your account, who you agree is authorised to undertake transactions on your behalf and who is also subject to these terms and conditions

  • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
