Additional Certifications. For certifications related to the employee’s job classification received after ratification and approval the City will pay an incentive of $260 per year paid at $10 per pay period per approved certification (not added to the salary schedule). Any certifications, licenses, or qualifications deemed beneficial and approved by the Department Head and the City Manager.
