The additional consideration to be received with respect to each share of Class A Outstanding Stock pursuant to Section 2.4(a), above, on an Additional Consideration Payment Date (the "Class A Additional Consideration") shall be an amount of DPRC Common Shares equal to the quotient obtained by dividing the number of the Additional DPRC Shares by the number of shares of the Outstanding Class A Stock.
