Additional Content definition

Additional Content has the meaning ascribed to it in Recital A.
Additional Content means all US or US territory-related legal materials listed in Schedule 6(h)(ii). Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement or the Escrow Agreement to the contrary, the release of the Escrowed Materials to the Beneficiary (as defined under the Escrow Agreement) shall in no event grant, sell, transfer or assign to Beneficiary, the Association, ▇▇▇▇▇ or any other Person any right, title or interest in or to the names “Casemaker” or “Lawriter” or any copyright or trademark rights thereto. In the event that Buyer fails to perform any of its obligations to OSBA under this Agreement or the Escrow Agreement and such failure continues unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days after notice of such failure is given to Buyer by OSBA, OSBA shall have the right to take any or all of the following actions: OSBA may declare all unpaid amounts owing to OSBA by Buyer under this Agreement to be immediately due and payable; OSBA may proceed to exercise its rights under the Escrow Agreement; and/or OSBA may proceed with court action against Buyer in accordance with Section 11(h). If OSBA elects to exercise its rights under the Escrow Agreement (whether exclusively or in connection with its other remedies) and OSBA receives the Escrowed Materials in accordance therewith, OSBA agrees that an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Adverse Consequences OSBA suffered in connection with Buyer's breach shall be deemed satisfied by the delivery of the Escrowed Materials to OSBA.
Additional Content means virtual items, premium features, upgrades, customizations, character enhancements, or any other in-game digital content made available for access or redemption by using Credits, sold directly as separate paid offerings, or provided freely as part of promotions, events, or other service features. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ reserves the right to modify, restrict, or permanently remove any Additional Content at its sole discretion, without notice or liability to the User.

Additional Content has the meaning set forth in Section 6(h) below.
Additional Content means any new product created by ALM and licensed to ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ pursuant to Section 2.6.
Additional Content means any content or other materials which Users and their Sub-Users upload, post to, or make available through the Signal Service, through Third Party Applications, or otherwise, such as Property Listings. Additional Content does not include User Data. For example, if User provides content about a property on a Signal website hosted by Beyond, such content constitutes Additional Content, which Beyond will display on User's behalf, but for which User will remain fully responsible for its content, use, and effect.
Additional Content means any content or other materials which Subscriber and its Users upload, post to, or make available through the Signal Service, through Third-Party Applications, or otherwise, such as Property Listings. Additional Content does not include Subscriber Data. For example, if Subscriber provides content about a Property on a Signal website hosted by Beyond, such content constitutes Additional Content, which Beyond will display on Subscriber's behalf, but for which Subscriber will remain fully responsible for its content, use, and effect.
